This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile game application Audio Log Explorer (the "Game"), created by MR SAQLAIN PRODUCTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.

The Game is a premium, paid mobile application designed for offline single-player use. It does not contain third-party advertising, nor does it include in-app purchases (IAP). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Audio Log Explorer collects and uses data only for the essential purpose of operating and improving the Game itself.

  • Device Identifiers (for Technical Functionality): The Game, relying on the Unreal Engine and standard Android system libraries, may access non-personal device identifiers (like a unique device ID) solely for purposes such as:

    • Protecting against unauthorized use or piracy.

    • Saving and loading Game progress locally.

  • Crash and Performance Data: If the Game crashes, the Android operating system and/or Google Play may automatically collect crash logs containing technical information about the device and the nature of the error. This data is used by us only to identify and fix technical issues in the Game. This data is anonymized and processed according to Google Play’s services policy.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • All Game State Data (your log collection progress) is stored locally on your device and is under your control. We do not have access to this data remotely.

  • We take reasonable steps to protect the security of our services and to prevent misuse of any technical data that may be collected by the platform (Google Play).

The Game is designed to function entirely offline. It does not integrate third-party analytics, advertisements, social media logins, or external data sharing libraries.

The only "third party" involved is the Google Play Store Platform, which manages the initial download, licensing, and payment for the Game.
