The Pain Tracker app is designed with a privacy-first approach. All the data you enter into the App, including:
Pain intensity levels
Personal notes and journal entries
Medication tracking status
Dates and timestamps
Is stored locally on your device using your phone's internal storage. We (the developer) do not have access to this data, nor do we transmit it to any external server.
B. In-App Purchases (Donations)
The App offers optional In-App Purchases (such as "Buy me a coffee" or "Support the Dev"). These transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card information or billing details. Google Play processes these transactions subject to their own privacy policies.
C. Permissions
To function correctly, the App requires the following permissions:
Notifications & Alarms: Used to schedule and send local daily reminders to log your status.
Vibration: Used for haptic feedback within the App.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our App (e.g., Google Play Services);
To provide the App on our behalf;
To perform App-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our App is used.

Since your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data relies heavily on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device password-protected to prevent unauthorized access to your health logs.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
