MSP Universe ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Screen Break Alarm mobile application (the "Service").

1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers. All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device.

A. Local Data (Shared Preferences) We use local storage on your device to save your preferences, specifically:
Your custom timer settings (Work Interval and Break Duration).
Your scheduled reminders list.
These details are stored strictly on your device and are not transmitted to us or any third party.
B. Financial Data (In-App Purchases) Our app offers digital products (e.g., "Support the Dev," "Buy Me a Coffee").
All financial transactions are handled directly by Google Play Billing.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or banking information.
Google Play processes these transactions subject to their own privacy policies.
2. App Permissions
To function correctly, Screen Break Alarm requires specific permissions. We use these permissions strictly for the app's core functionality:
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM:
Purpose: This permission is required to trigger your break reminders at the exact time you set (e.g., exactly after 20 minutes). Without this, Android battery optimizations might delay your health alerts, rendering the app ineffective.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS:
Purpose: Required on Android 13+ to show you the "Time to Rest" or "Break Over" alerts in the status bar.
VIBRATE:
Purpose: Used to provide haptic feedback when a timer completes.
INTERNET:
Purpose: Used to process In-App Purchases via the Google Play Store and to open links to our other apps/privacy policy when you click them.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (e.g., for crash reporting or payment processing).

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Google Play Console) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Security
The security of your data is important to us. Since we do not transmit your personal data to our servers, your data remains as secure as your physical device. However, remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
