1. INTRODUCTION
UdhaariBook ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal loan and debt tracking application developed by MSP Interactive. This Privacy Policy explains how UdhaariBook handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy completely.
2. DATA COLLECTION
UdhaariBook does NOT collect any personal data.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information on any server or third-party system. All data you enter into the app including names, phone numbers, amounts, dates and notes is stored exclusively on your own device using local storage.
We have no access to your data. We cannot see your data. We do not want your data.
3. DATA STORAGE
All app data is stored locally on your device only using Hive local database. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or external system at any time. If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted from your device.
4. INTERNET PERMISSION
UdhaariBook requires internet permission only for the following purposes:
- Displaying advertisements via Google AdMob (free version only)
- Processing in-app subscription purchases via Google Play Billing
- Loading rewarded video ads (optional, user-initiated only)
No personal user data is transmitted during any of these operations.
5. ADVERTISING
The free version of UdhaariBook displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may use device advertising identifiers to show relevant ads. This is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of personalized ads you can adjust your device settings under Google Settings > Ads.
Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
6. IN-APP PURCHASES
UdhaariBook offers optional premium subscriptions processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Google Play and governed by Google's Terms of Service.
7. PERMISSIONS USED
The app requests the following device permissions:
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To reschedule local notifications after device restart
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send local reminder notifications
- READ_CONTACTS (optional): To pick contact names when adding entries
- INTERNET: For ads and in-app purchases only
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: For PDF export and data backup to device storage only
No permission is used to collect or transmit personal data.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
UdhaariBook is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
