Local Game Data (Shared Preferences)
The App uses local storage on your device (specifically SharedPreferences) to save your game progress and narrative choices. This data allows you to continue the story where you left off.
Specifically, we store:
Mission Progress: To track which levels (Layers) you have unlocked.
Player Traits: Numerical values tracking your gameplay style (Curiosity, Skepticism, Compliance) to influence narrative outcomes.
This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall the App or clear the App's data, this progress will be reset.
3. App Permissions
The App requires minimal permissions to function:
Vibration/Haptics: The App uses your device's vibration motor to provide tactile feedback during specific story beats (e.g.,
HapticFeedback.mediumImpact).Audio: The App plays sound assets locally stored within the application. It does not record audio or access your microphone.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media platforms. No data is shared with external parties.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. As the App functions entirely offline and collects no data, it is safe for use by minors; however, the narrative themes may be better suited for mature audiences.

Since we do not collect personal data or transmit data over the internet, there is no risk of your personal data being intercepted or breached via the App. Your game save data is protected by the standard security sandboxing provided by your device's operating system (Android/iOS).
